We are delighted to welcome you! Here, everything is designed for your comfort and relaxation. The house has 5 bedrooms for 2 people, one of which is on the ground floor (4 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (walk-in shower 120 x 90 on the ground floor and walk-in shower upstairs 90 x 90), 1 toilet on each level, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, inclined host, dishwasher, convection oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator and freezer with 3 drawers), a large number of dishes, small appliances (electric chopper, mixer, scale, plunger, toaster, Nespresso and classic coffee maker). Each bedroom has a chest of drawers and coat rack, the ground floor bedroom has a dressing room. The dining table seats 12 people. New furniture and bedding. High ceilings for the main room. Garage of 20 m² with direct access to the accommodation.
75 m² terrace. Motorized roller shutters throughout the accommodation.

INFORMATIONS

Shower gel and shampoo are available to guests as well as a hairdryer in each bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal, as well as a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Also available: books for adults and children, board games for all ages and toys. Possibility of borrowing travel cot and high chair (on request). Possibility of borrowing bicycles (on request). Possibility of calling on an experienced babysitter. Non-smoking accommodation – Parties not allowed – Pets not allowed – In the event of loss of the garage key and remote control, compensation of €100 will be requested – A deposit of €500 is requested on arrival and returned after a proper exit inventory. Our accommodation is also on the website of the Tourist Office of the city of Etaples.

The ground floor is accessible for disabled people in the living room and kitchen as well as in the bedroom. On the other hand, the toilets are not suitable nor the shower.
